  • What is UMA’s refund policy?

    Withdrawn students are still responsible for any balance left on their account. For more information about refund policies, please see the catalog. Refunds are processed for students who withdraw or are withdrawn due to attendance or failure to return from an approved leave of absence. These refunds are calculated according to all federal regulations and Title IV Funds policies. UMA calculates refunds within 30 days of the date of withdrawal, and calculations are based on the student’s last date of attendance. UMA will process any institutional refund within 30 days.
  • How much does tuition cost?

  • How will I pay for school?

    Some students qualify for grants, student loans or military benefits, while alternative forms of financing include personal investment, payment plans, scholarships and more. All students’ financial situations are different; that’s why our Student Finance team will walk you through the financial aid process.
  • Questions about your 1098T form?

    I received my 1098T electronically, but I cannot download the form. Ensure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Other browsers may not support the download. If you are still having trouble with the download on Explorer, please call ECSI at 866-428­-1098 for assistance. How do I locate the tax id # on my 1098T form? The tax id# is listed in one of the top left boxes under the UMA address. I did not request electronic delivery of my 1098T form. When can I expect to receive my documents in the mail? If you do not receive your documents by February 15, please call the Student Finance Department at 877­-246­-7918. I need assistance with my PIN in order to download my 1098T form. Where can I find this information? Visit the ECSI help website for assistance with your PIN
  • Does UMA offer laptops to students?

    UMA students who would like to know if they qualify for the Laptop Program may speak to UMA student finance or consult the UMA Catalog.
