Theodore Polin

Board Vice Chair

Theodore Polin has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, accountant, and advisor with a broad background in major transactions, financial matters, and corporate governance, including for healthcare entities and educational providers. Polin is the General Counsel of Goltens Worldwide, an international service provider, and previously served as a partner for 15 years at the healthcare law firm of Epstein Becker Green. A former Certified Public Accountant, he also earlier worked at KPMG LLP.

Growing up as the child of a university professor and author, he learned from an early age the profound benefits of education in helping oneself and others, a particularly powerful tool in the healthcare field.

Polin earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University and his law degree from the New York University School of Law.
