Message to Students & Staff
At Ultimate Medical Academy, we care deeply about the safety and well-being of our students, staff and their loved ones. If you have been affected by a storm, please reach out to your Learners Services advisor to let us know that you and your loved ones are safe.
Your advisor can work with you to overcome any obstacles created by a hurricane and subsequent flooding, including putting you in touch with local recovery resources though UMA’s Student Guidance Center. Please see the resources on this page. You can contact the Student Guidance Center directly at 866-797-1622 (open 24/7) and learn more at ultimatemedical.edu/help. You can register using Web ID UMASAP if you do not have a log in.
We encourage you to also work with Learner Services to request help or extensions on your assignments, Career Services to reschedule interviews, and Student Finance to assist with possible student loan payment arrangements.
As you know, we have an active community on Facebook. That’s another way you can let us know you are safe by marking yourself safe using Facebook’s Safety Check feature.
Please know that UMA is here for you and we will continue to stay in touch after a storm and during the recovery.
