- Work with Regional Manager (Dedicated Account Representative) to open the job discovery process and provide job order to UMA.
- UMA Career Services Team matches graduates and helps them prepare for interview.
- Upon hiring, UMA provides alumni support through ongoing communication between UMA and employer partner.
