Walgreens used recruitment process outsourcing services to provide employment for 287 UMA graduates to date with a strong focus on WFH “Save a Trip” customer service positions. Save a Trip is a Walgreens program which consolidates prescription orders to save customers trips to the pharmacy.

Episource provides services and products to simplify the way Medicare, commercial, and Medicaid health plans manage their risk adjustment and quality programs, working with health plans and healthcare organizations to facilitate program implementation, operations, and management. Episource provided employment for 57 UMA graduates to date.

Change Healthcare Director of Remote Resource Engagement Kimberly Powell

Change Healthcare is a national provider of technology-enabled, end-to-end payment solutions that allow health plans and other organizations to generate, analyze, and submit data needed to successfully manage member care and ensure appropriate reimbursement. Change has a dedicated UMA onboarding and recruiting partner and provided employment for 52 UMA graduates to date.

BroadPath Healthcare Solutions Director of Recruiting and Human Resources Stacy Hodge

BroadPath Healthcare Solutions delivers business process outsourcing (BPO) services for healthcare payers and providers with an on-demand recruitment model and flexible work-at-home (WFH) employee base, placing 3,000 WFH customer service representatives for healthcare payers annually. UMA created a customized WFH training series being piloted by BroadPath. It includes five separate modules that UMA graduates take to prepare for a career with BroadPath – WFH best practices; CRM overview; Cybersecurity Tips; Healthcare Customer Service Refresher; and HIPAA. Broadpath provided employment for 32 UMA graduates to date.

  1. Work with Regional Manager (Dedicated Account Representative) to open the job discovery process and provide job order to UMA.
  2. UMA Career Services Team matches graduates and helps them prepare for interview.
  3. Upon hiring, UMA provides alumni support through ongoing communication between UMA and employer partner.
