UMA’s Health Information Technology program is programmatically accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). Ultimate Medical Academy is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education (CIE), Florida Department of Education.
For Texas Residents: Ultimate Medical Academy (“UMA”) is not regulated in Texas under Chapter 132 of the Texas Education Code. UMA is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education. UMA is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES.org), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.
