100 UMA team members walk in Making Strides

October 24, 2015, Tampa – Nearly 100 members of Ultimate Medical Academy’s community of learners (staff, their families and instructors and students), joined together to raise more than $2,000 and participate in the nonprofit Making Strides for Breast Cancer Research walk in Tampa. Wearing pink scrubs and other accessories, staff helped raise money for the American Cancer Society in this annual walk, capping a month-long set of initiatives supporting research to find a cure and better treatments for breast cancer.
