Ultimate Medical Academy Congratulates its Graduates at Florida State Fairgrounds
Florida State Fairgrounds, April 26, 2014 — Ultimate Medical Academy today celebrated the achievements of its recent graduates across its healthcare training programs. More than 4,000 students, staff, alumni, friends, family and graduates joined in on the festivities at the Florida State Fairgrounds on a beautiful sunny Florida day. A rousing version of the National Anthem by Latoya Gatlin, a staff member of UMA kicked things off along with a presentation of colors by the University of Tampa ROTC. Student speakers Danzel Bivens, Jessica Maneely and Ann Marie Dinocento shared inspirational stories of their academic journeys. The commencement exercises included conferral of diplomas to hundreds of students who attended the ceremony in-person, and acknowledgement of those graduates who were unable to join in-person, including many online students from around the country.
