Dr. Jennifer Arnold, Medical Director of the Simulation Center at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Star of TLC’s The Little Couple, to Keynote Ultimate Medical Academy’s Spring Commencement

TAMPA, Fla. January 29, 2018– Medical Director of the Simulation Center at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, neonatologist, cancer survivor, and star of TLC’s The Little Couple Jennifer Arnold, M.D., M.Sc., FAAP, will deliver the commencement address at Ultimate Medical Academy’s Spring Commencement (#UMAgrad) to more than 1,500 graduates at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018. The ceremony at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida will also be live-streamed to a total of 8,000 Ultimate Medical Academy graduates and their friends, and family members across the nation.

“I’m honored to be the keynote speaker at Ultimate Medical Academy’s Spring Commencement,” Arnold said. “UMA has been a longstanding community partner to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and helps students in the Tampa Bay area and across the country advance their education and pursue their dreams to have careers in healthcare.”

Arnold is a Florida native who moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in July 2017 to join Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and its expanding Simulation Center. A leader in healthcare simulation educational research, Arnold has received numerous awards. She is also widely known for starring in The Little Couple, a television show that chronicles her home life with her husband, Bill Klein, and their two adopted children. Arnold and Klein each have a rare form of dwarfism and have had multiple surgeries.
