Ultimate Medical Academy Supports Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital 103.5 FM Cares for Kids Radiothon for Fifth Year in a Row

TAMPA, Fla., December 11, 2017— For the fifth consecutive year, Ultimate Medical Academy participated in the 103.5 FM Cares for Kids Radiothon to benefit Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ultimate Medical Academy employees staffed the phone banks and will donate toys to the annual “Wonderland” shop at the hospital. The Tampa-Bay accredited nonprofit educational institution also proudly donated $5,000 to help kids and their families being treated at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.

The two-day Radiothon took place Dec. 7 – 8 and featured children and families from all around the Tampa Bay area who shared their stories about the role Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital has played in their lives. In all, the event raised $406,488, surpassing last year’s total of $383,312, to fund treatment, research, education, and advocacy initiatives throughout Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and its eight outpatient centers in Florida.

“We are honored to be able to continue supporting the Radiothon and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital,” Ultimate Medical Academy Vice President of Marketing Rustam Irani said. “As an institution dedicated to transforming the lives of our students, we love participating in events like this, where we can make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.”
