UMA Renews Scholarship Commitment for CASA in Tampa Bay
October 27, 2015 – Ultimate Medical Academy is pleased to continue its support of CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse) by renewing the Academy’s annual commitment of providing a full academic scholarship at the Clearwater, Florida campus. Administrators of CASA will select an individual who meets their qualifications to receive this opportunity to attend UMA tuition-free. Certain restrictions apply and interested parties should contact CASA directly for more information.
CASA has been working in the Tampa Bay area since 1977 to provide for victims of domestic violence through refuge, crisis intervention, advocacy, professional training and community outreach. This organization helps to break the silence and enables victims to enjoy a life of hope, independence and peace. Since 2014, UMA has provided financial support for CASA an an annual scholarship covering tuition for a student at the Academy’s Clearwater campus.
