A Productive Partnership Delivering High-Quality Community Impact

Our experience having Ultimate Medical Academy as a partner has been very positive. There’s constant communication between our two organizations, all working around the objective of providing a great experience for our EMT apprentices. When there are concerns, we address them together. When we celebrate, we celebrate together, and we’ve really come a long way. It’s a testament to a productive partnership.

Through our apprenticeship program, we’re getting high-quality emergency medical technicians who immerse themselves in the training and the environment that UMA provides to students. This partnership has helped us address staffing shortages and maintain our ambulances and team members in order to provide 911 EMS response to the community. I’m very proud to be a part of this partnership with UMA, and seeing the growth we’ve achieved over the last year makes me excited to see how much more progress we’ll continue to make in the years ahead.
