UMA Helps Working Mom Start a New Healthcare Career in Her 40s

I’m a mom and an employee, and I wear a lot of different hats at home. There were times I felt like giving up and wondered if this was still going to work for me. But the people at UMA were like my inspiration — they don’t treat you like just a student, they treat you like family and keep pushing you because they know you can do good things. I’m already in my 40s and never thought I would have another path to start a new career in medical billing and coding, but UMA gave that to me.
