Quality candidates who are very reliable

The main reasons why I think I would recommend UMA to anybody is that the candidates they produce are quality candidates and they are available when we need them to be which is excellent. We’re on the receiving end of some very last-minute requests from our clients. We need the ability to generate a pool of qualified applicants very quickly. It’s good to have a partner who isn’t fazed by that and who doesn’t over promise and under deliver. Something I really value and respect about working with UMA is the investment they have made in their career services provision for candidates because it’s not just about getting people through a certification, it’s actually building readiness for the world of work. That’s really vital and I’m impressed they have invested so much in that.
